📋 Description

• Architect and build the platform from its initial foundation through production, establishing
• Develop a management console for configuring, testing, monitoring, and evaluating AI-powered voice
• Design a provider-neutral integration architecture, beginning with ElevenLabs and allowing
• Integrate deeply with Netsapiens to support communications workflows, call handling, routing, and
• Build operator-facing tools for reviewing calls, transcripts, agent activity, performance, and
• Integrate AI agents with customer management, billing, ticketing, network monitoring, and knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, with strong full-stack development
• Strong proficiency with modern JavaScript or TypeScript, React, and backend API development.
• Demonstrated experience architecting and delivering new production applications from the ground up.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools to build and ship production-quality software.
• Strong experience designing, integrating, and troubleshooting third-party APIs and distributed
• Solid knowledge of databases, automated testing, secure software development, and containerized
