📋 Description

• Design and implement intuitive user interface components that enhance user commitment, using
• Integrate front-end elements seamlessly with back-end services to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to drive continuous improvements.
• Own complex, loosely-defined problems end-to-end: shape the approach, split the work if needed

🎯 Requirements

• Solid production experience with full-stack JavaScript, preferably TypeScript; React on the front
• Track record of leading non-trivial projects end-to-end, with real design ownership and minimal
• Proficient architecture and system-design judgment, including in large, existing codebases.
• Successfully designed and launched multiple user interface components that significantly increased
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools.
• Exemplary written and verbal communication, and a genuine excitement for async collaboration and
