Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Collaborate with product, design, data, and operations teams throughout the entire product
• Design, develop, and launch new product capabilities that enable nonprofit partners to arrange
• Build and improve tools that expand the global availability of free or discounted housing and
• Partner with engineering and data colleagues to break complex, long-term projects into manageable
• Analyze data insights and user research to identify product opportunities, recommend enhancements
• Quickly understand and navigate large, unfamiliar codebases to deliver program-specific features

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong track record of
• Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and deploying long-term technical initiatives in
• Strong full-stack development expertise, ideally using React and TypeScript for front-end
• Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, continuous integration, maintainable
• Proven expertise in designing, developing, and scaling APIs and the services that support them.
• Ability to use data analysis and user research to identify opportunities, build evidence-based
