📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers by guiding technical decisions, conducting code

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant software engineering experience, including demonstrated experience leading or
• Proven ownership of full-stack software development spanning infrastructure, backend services
• Experience leading AI-enabled engineering teams, including implementing guardrails, validation
• Strong full-stack proficiency with the ability to make architectural decisions across frontend and
• Advanced frontend experience with React, including component design, hooks, modern frontend
• Strong backend development experience with Express.js, Prisma ORM, relational databases, SQL
