📋 Description

• Build and optimize user-facing experiences for discovery and onboarding
• Develop scalable backend systems serving dynamic, high-performance content
• Work across the full stack — frontend (TypeScript, React) and backend (Python)
• Design and run A/B experiments to measure impact on acquisition and activation
• Partner with Product, Design, and Data Science to identify high-impact growth opportunities
• Maintain performance and reliability standards for user-facing properties

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience shipping production web products
• Strong expertise in TypeScript and React with high-performance frontend experience
• Practical experience with Python and backend frameworks such as Flask
• Experience designing and running A/B tests with data-driven decision making
• Comfort working across the full stack and taking ownership end-to-end
• Habit of asking why before how and knowing when good enough ships
