📋 Description

• Own end-to-end development of complex features from design to launch.
• Lead multi-engineer efforts, define scope, and drive execution.
• Design and build scalable backend and frontend systems (web and mobile) for millions.
• Work through ambiguity to define solutions, aligning with product and business goals.
• Collaborate with product, design, risk, credit, legal, and compliance on features.
• Influence technical design decisions balancing performance and maintainability.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building production-grade software.
• End-to-end ownership of projects or major features.
• Backend APIs/services with Ruby on Rails; frontend knowledge (React/React Native).
• Experience with transactional databases and caching; well-tested code.
• Comfort in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Fintech or regulated/credit domain experience is a plus.
