Senior Fullstack Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and own full-stack features end-to-end across patient, clinician, ops
• Partner with product, design, marketing, clinical, and operations to ship software
• Write scalable code balancing speed with long-term maintainability
• Contribute to architecture decisions and raise code quality and testing
• Review code and mentor teammates; participate in technical discussions
• Use AI coding tools daily to boost output and adopt better workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years building and shipping production-grade full-stack apps
• Django/DRF and React/Next.js hands-on coding
• System design: translate ambiguous problems into pragmatic architecture
• Strong command of AI coding tools and workflows
• Mentorship instincts; share context and help peers grow via code review
• Strong written and verbal communicator with non-engineering stakeholders
• Proactive ownership; advocate automated testing, CI, and code quality
• Low-ego, curious, humble
• Nice to Have healthcare/EHR experience or consumer startup experience
