📋 Description

• Take deep ownership of key systems and product areas, becoming the technical expert and primary
• Independently investigate, design, and deliver solutions across complex distributed systems
• Architect, build, and maintain highly available and scalable REST APIs and backend services for
• Drive system decoupling, modularization, and technical debt reduction while balancing long-term
• Use agentic development workflows as a standard part of engineering practice, leveraging autonomous
• Stay current with emerging AI models, coding tools, agentic workflows, and engineering practices

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building large-scale, data-intensive backend systems and APIs.
• Demonstrated daily use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Copilot, or
• Strong experience with one or more relevant languages, including Python, Go, Rust, React, and
• Active interest in the AI tooling ecosystem, including new model releases, agentic development
• Strong judgment around AI-generated code, including understanding where AI accelerates development
• Ability to switch efficiently between multiple concurrent workstreams while maintaining quality and
