Support operations and reliability of plugins in Grafana Cloud
Integrate data sources with agentic workflows such as Grafana Assistant
Provide technical support in customer escalations
Work closely with the rest of the Grafana Division
Suggest process improvements

🎯 Requirements

Solid experience with Golang and TypeScript
Experience with Kubernetes and microservices
Write clean, robust, and performant code
Experience participating in on-call rotation and SRE tasks
