📋 Description

• Work across React, TypeScript, Python, Go to ship growth features.
• Build flexible experimentation systems for diverse growth metrics.
• Run data-driven growth experiments across onboarding to monetization.
• Design onboarding features to accelerate time to value.
• Build growth levers like usage-based guardrails and upgrade triggers.
• Collaborate with product, design, GTM, and analytics on high-impact opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive fullstack experience with React, TypeScript, and Go and/or Python.
• Strong product intuition; monetization, pricing, or activation experience.
• Familiarity with usage metering, subscriptions, pricing experiments.
• REST APIs, Postgres, Redis, and modern backend infra.
• Startup DNA; thrive in fast-paced, zero-to-one environments.
• Self-directed with ownership mindset.
• Bonus: experience building for developers or product-led growth.
• Bonus: familiarity with LLMs, GenAI, or agentic frameworks.
