Senior Fullstack Product Software Engineer, Web Experience

📋 Description

• Own multi-phase full-stack features from design to rollout and operation.
• Design and evolve scalable web experiences, APIs, and data models.
• Make architecture tradeoffs balancing customer needs, reliability, and security.
• Improve observability, testing, incident readiness, and on-call health.
• Use approved AI and automation tools; validate outputs and maintain quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years of professional software engineering; full-stack product systems.
• Experience designing, shipping, and operating large-scale customer-facing web apps and multi-component systems.
• Strong frontend skills with TypeScript/JavaScript and React; backend in Python, Go, Java, or C++.
• End-to-end ownership of ambiguous, multi-phase initiatives; adjust scope based on constraints.
• Experience trading off frontend, APIs, data models, reliability, and performance.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar systems and AI/automation workflows; validate outputs for correctness and security.
• Ability to communicate technical decisions clearly and align dependencies across teams.
