Strong hands-on experience with C#, React, and SQL Server

Experience designing and building microservice architectures and distributed systems
Experience working in AI-assisted development workflows
Ability to work effectively in Agile teams (Scrum and/or ShapeUp)
Own delivery from development through deployment, including CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)
