📋 Description

• Lead significant technical deliveries within your squad, from understanding the problem to
• Investigate and resolve complex production issues, using monitoring, observability and data
• Design and evolve robust solutions, identifying performance, scalability and reliability
• Improve engineering practices across the organization, through high-quality code reviews, pair

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails and React (at least 7-8 years)
• Combine technical expertise with strong product and business understanding
• Enjoy solving complex problems and care deeply about users
• Collaborative team player, communicate clearly and take ownership
• Like being challenged and solving complex problems (accounting is complex in Europe)
• Strong communication skills and capable of articulating ideas clearly
