Evaluate feasibility and impact of proposed solutions on systems.
Identify gaps and integration points; translate into recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business Analysis, Accounting, or Public Finance.
8+ years of functional analysis for enterprise GRP/ERP/PFM systems.
Elicitation, documentation, process modelling, use cases, and functional specs.
Strong understanding of PFM, budgeting, accounting, and fiscal controls.
Familiarity with government operations and module interactions.
Excellent English communication; ability to mentor and lead workshops.
