๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business Analysis, Accounting, or Public Finance.
  • 8+ years of functional analysis for enterprise GRP/ERP/PFM systems.
  • Elicitation, documentation, process modelling, use cases, and functional specs.
  • Strong understanding of PFM, budgeting, accounting, and fiscal controls.
  • Familiarity with government operations and module interactions.
  • Excellent English communication; ability to mentor and lead workshops.
