🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in functional analysis for GRP/ERP/PFM systems.
• Elicitation, documentation, modeling, use cases, and specs.
• Strong knowledge of PFM: budgeting, accounting, controls.
• Familiarity with government operations and module interactions.
• GRP/PFM implementations across countries; mentoring.
