Senior Functional Analyst

📋 Description

• Translate business requirements into clear functional specs and process models for developers and implementation teams.
• Lead workshops with cross-functional stakeholders to refine requirements and align on solution design.
• Produce documentation (functional specs, flows, decision tables, use cases, mockups) with quality and traceability.
• Understand and validate government PFM processes within a GRP context (budgeting, accounting, controls).
• Identify gaps and integration points; translate into concrete solution recommendations.
• Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to management and stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/BA/Accounting/Public Finance or related.
• 8+ years in functional analysis for enterprise-scale GRP/ERP/PFM/IFMIS.
• Proven track record on large, integrated software with multiple modules and deployments.
• Strong elicitation, documentation, process modeling, use cases, and specs.
• Solid understanding of PFM, budgeting, accounting, and fiscal controls; government exposure preferred.
• Strong communication, mentoring, cross-team collaboration; willingness to travel internationally.
