Senior Fund Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Act as strategic ops partner to fund managers across day-to-day fund operations
• Own post-close processes: capital calls, distributions, investor reporting
• Lead migrations and launches, incl. data migration from prior admins
• Manage capital call and distribution calculations end-to-end using automated workflows
• Partner with fund managers to explain methodologies and outputs
• Improve processes, automation and AI adoption to scale back-office ops

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in fund administration, fund operations, transfer agency, or related private markets
• Hands-on with end-to-end fund workflows across lifecycle
• Understanding private markets fund structures; comfortable reviewing LPAs/docs
• Detail-oriented; manage complex processes under tight timelines
• Cross-functional with Fund Accounting, Product, and client-facing teams
• Fluent in English and service-focused mindset
