Senior Fund Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Act as strategic partner to fund managers, delivering strong customer experience.
• Own post-close operations: capital calls, distributions, investor reporting.
• Lead fund migrations and launches, including data migration from prior admins.
• Manage capital call and distribution calculations end-to-end with automated workflows.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve internal platform and tooling.
• Drive automation and AI adoption to scale the back-office.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in fund administration, operations, or private markets.
• Hands-on experience managing operational fund workflows across the full lifecycle.
• Able to review LPAs, investment agreements, and fund documentation for operational terms.
• Detail-oriented; able to manage complex processes under tight timelines.
• Cross-functional with Fund Accounting, Product, and client-facing teams.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
