📋 Description

  • Identify and acquire new companies to build a database of clients.
  • Develop and manage new business opportunities with Head of Sales and Country Manager.
  • Onboarding new clients and cross-selling to existing clients.
  • Provide a high level of customer service and client servicing.
  • Work closely with the wider team and report on sales progress.

🎯 Requirements

  • Sales/relationship management experience in financial services.
  • Experience in a B2B or client-facing environment.
  • Fluent in English and Latvian.
  • Strong understanding of SME and Midcap sectors.
  • Flexible mindset with urgency in a fast-paced culture.
  • Background in banking, fund management or Forex industry (ideally).
