• Process Excellence & Standardization: Define, map, and implement global, standardized, and

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Operations, or Shared Services, with at least 3
• Experience working in a publicly traded company environment, with a strong, practical understanding
• Demonstrable track record of scaling global shared service centers, including experience managing
• Deep expertise in business process analysis, design, and implementation, specifically related to
• Proven ability to manage significant departmental budgets and invoicing processes, with an eye
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
