📋 Description

• Design and implement AI-driven solutions for regulatory initiatives in the Cash & Payments domain.
• Leverage GitHub Copilot and enterprise AI to boost developer productivity, code quality, and delivery.
• Build and integrate Agentic AI solutions using LLMs to automate complex workflows.
• Collaborate with business, compliance, technology, and operations teams to identify AI use cases.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using regulatory docs and internal knowledge bases.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with security, governance, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 10–12 years in software engineering/AI/automation within Banking or Financial Services.
• Strong hands-on with GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development.
• Experience with Large Language Models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar enterprise models).
• Knowledge of Agentic AI concepts, AI orchestration, prompt engineering, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Experience implementing RAG architectures with enterprise knowledge sources.
• Proficiency in Python; REST APIs; cloud-native services; Agile/DevOps, CI/CD; banking/RegTech domain knowledge desirable.
