📋 Description

• Lead Gen consulting engagements with enterprise clients, providing technical expertise and guidance
• Analyze legacy applications and recommend strategies for modernization, re-platforming, and
• Install, configure, upgrade, and optimize CA Gen environments to support business-critical
• Design, develop, and implement CA Gen solutions with focus on scalability, reliability, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Strong commercial experience with CA Gen and legacy application environments.
• Experience installing, configuring, maintaining, and upgrading Gen environments.
• Strong understanding of development principles including CBD, batch processing, transaction
• Proven experience delivering modernization, legacy transformation, or re-platforming projects.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities; experience resolving complex technical
