Senior GEN Consultant

📋 Description

• Lead Gen consulting with enterprise clients on modernization initiatives
• Analyze legacy apps and plan modernization, re-platforming, and re-architecture
• Install, configure, and optimize CA Gen environments
• Design, develop, and implement CA Gen solutions for scalability and performance
• Troubleshoot complex issues and improve development processes
• Collaborate with customers to translate business needs into technical solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field
• Strong commercial experience with CA Gen and legacy environments
• Experience installing, configuring, maintaining, upgrading Gen environments
• Understanding of CBD, batch and transaction processing, relational DBs, performance tuning, UI
• Proven modernization/legacy transformation/re-platforming delivery experience
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
