Senior GEN Consultant

📋 Description

• Lead Gen conversion and regeneration programs across modernization lifecycle.
• Analyze Gen models (Action Diagrams, Procedures, BCs, data structures).
• Work with Mainframe Gen environments (3270 block mode) and distributed setups.
• Execute structured conversions using migration tooling across discovery to adaptation.
• Optimize and refactor models for conversion accuracy and quality.
• Transform Gen models to COBOL, Java, .NET, and TypeScript/Angular.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Extensive hands-on CA Gen / Cool environments experience.
• Deep understanding of Gen Models, Action Diagrams, BCs, data models.
• Experience with Mainframe environments.
• Proven Gen migration, regeneration, or conversion experience.
• Experience with COBOL, Java, .NET, or TypeScript/Angular.
