📋 Description

• Lead Gen consulting engagements with enterprise clients, providing technical expertise and guidance
• Analyze legacy applications and recommend effective strategies for modernization, re-platforming
• Install, configure, upgrade, and optimize CA Gen environments to support business-critical
• Design, develop, and implement solutions using CA Gen while ensuring scalability, reliability, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Strong commercial experience working with CA Gen and legacy application environments.
• Experience installing, configuring, maintaining, and upgrading Gen environments.
• Strong understanding of application development principles, including CBD, batch processing
• Proven experience delivering application modernization, legacy transformation, or re-platforming
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with experience resolving complex technical
