Senior GenAI Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate core GenAI platform components.
• Own production delivery of platform features from design to rollout.
• Contribute to resilient design: APIs, failure handling, rate limiting, retries, idempotency.
• Improve reliability and observability via metrics, dashboards, and alerts.
• Partner with Applied AI Engineers and product teams to build AI features safely.
• Build internal SDKs, templates, and guardrails for product engineers.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong backend/systems engineering with reliability and observability.
• Experience delivering shared platform components for multiple teams.
• Production ownership: monitoring, incident response, debugging.
• Distributed systems fundamentals: async workflows, idempotency, failure design.
• Hands-on with LLM APIs or keen to learn production failure modes.
• Strong programming in JVM languages or Python; Kotlin/Python experience.
