Senior GenAI Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and run core GenAI platform components for product teams.
• Focus on reliability, observability, security, and developer experience.
• Own production-ready delivery from design to rollout and monitoring.
• Build internal SDKs, templates, and guardrails for AI features.
• Improve reliability with metrics, dashboards, alerts, and post-incident reviews.
• Collaborate with Applied AI Engineers and product teams to meet platform needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong backend/systems engineering background with production services.
• Experience designing shared platform components used by multiple teams.
• Production ownership: monitoring, alerting, incident response, debugging.
• Distributed systems fundamentals: async, idempotency, failure design.
• Hands-on with LLM APIs or strong interest in production failure modes.
• Security mindset for AI systems: prompt injection, data leakage, credentials.
