Senior Generative AI Developer

📋 Description

• Design AI Agents to ingest/analyze artifacts (code, demos, docs)
• Automate reverse engineering: extract rules and flows between Hybris and ERPs
• Generate artifact inventory and initial business rules docs
• Collaborate to validate AI outputs and harmonization accuracy
• Optimize discovery to reduce stakeholder interviews
• Lead a high-visibility project across Brazil and Mexico

🎯 Requirements

• Languages: English mandatory; Spanish differentiator for Mexico
• LLMs & Agent Frameworks: Experience with LLM orchestration & multi-agent systems
• Software Engineering: Architecture and legacy code analysis
• Data Analysis & Documentation: Turn unstructured data into structured docs
• Agile Mindset: 1-week sprints
• Nice to have: SAP Hybris; Python; Fluent Spanish for Mexico clients
