Senior Genesys Routing Developer

📋 Description

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of routing solutions on Genesys Engage.
• Develop secure production code for voice, IVR, and multichannel routing applications.
• Configure Genesys technologies including Voice SCXML, GA, GAX, OPM, and GRAT.
• Design routing workflows using Composer, IRD, and SCXML with reliable call flows.
• Analyze Genesys logs, debug issues, and implement solutions for production stability.
• Collaborate with teams and clients to define requirements and deliver routing solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years development experience with Genesys Suite and contact center tech.
• 4+ years experience with Amazon Connect.
• Strong knowledge of Genesys CTI, SIP, Composer, ORS, OCS, Workspace, eServices.
• Hands-on routing development with Composer, IRD, SCXML; VXML a plus.
• Proficiency with CCpulse, GAX, and Genesys Administrator.
• Experience debugging URS, Orchestration Server, Rules Engine; CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
