📋 Description

• Administer global benefits programs covering medical coverage, retirement plans, wellness
• Manage day-to-day benefits administration, including employee eligibility, enrollments, life
• Troubleshoot and resolve benefits-related issues, escalating complex or high-risk matters when
• Maintain continuity of benefits operations during system changes, acquisitions, vendor transitions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration.

• Familiarity with benefits administration systems, HRIS platforms, and vendor data feeds.
