📋 Description

• Lead global benefits strategy and programs
• Design, implement, and manage global benefits, wellness, and leave
• Partner with brokers and vendors for renewals and SLAs
• Optimize leave and accommodations globally
• Run open enrollment and employee communications
• Collaborate with Legal, Payroll, and Finance on compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in global benefits at scale tech companies
• Experience across US, Canada, Europe, India, Pakistan
• Financial acumen; manage multi-million dollar budgets
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets for data modeling
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• CEBS designation (or progress) and Workday Benefits experience
