Senior Global Benefits Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and execute DO's global benefits strategy to attract top talent
• Perform utilization and cost analyses; build predictive models
• Partner with brokers and vendors to negotiate renewals and SLAs
• Manage leaves and accommodations; automate workflows
• Lead open enrollment campaigns and improve plan literacy
• Collaborate with Legal, Payroll, and Finance on compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of global benefits in tech firms (US/Canada/Europe/India/Pakistan)
• Budget management of multi-million dollar benefits programs
• Advanced Excel/Sheets (pivot, formulas, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP)
• Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills
• Self-starter with process automation mindset
• CEBS designation (or in progress) and Workday Benefits experience preferred
