Senior Global Benefits Manager

📋 Description

• Lead global benefits strategy and programs
• Analyze costs; build financial models for budgeting
• Manage vendor/broker relationships and SLAs
• Optimize global leaves and accommodations processes
• Lead open enrollment and employee communications
• Ensure compliance with international labor laws

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of global benefits experience
• Manage multi-million dollar budgets and cost control
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot, xlookup, data modeling)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Proactive, automation-minded with process improvements
• CEBS designation or progress toward it; Workday Benefits preferred
