🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in global benefits at fast-scaling tech companies.
• Experience managing multi-million dollar benefits budgets.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets analytics and data modeling.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Process automation and efficiency mindset.
• CEBS designation (or progress toward it) and Workday Benefits preferred.
