• Serve as the go-to expert for global benefits across markets.
• Lead strategic vendor management and cost optimization.

• Drive continuous improvement of benefits delivery and AI-enabled processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of global benefits experience across continents.
• Cross-country expertise in AMER, EMEA, APAC, LATAM.
• Strong knowledge of international fringe benefits tax (FBT).
• Commercial and solution-oriented mindset.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Stakeholder and vendor relationship management; QBRs.
