📋 Description

• Lead global cross-functional clinical study teams, ensuring effective decision-making and timely
• Manage external vendors and partners for study execution, ensuring performance and adherence to
• Develop and maintain study plans, timelines, milestones, risk assessments, and operational
• Oversee clinical trial execution: site selection, activation, enrollment support, monitoring, data
• Ensure studies comply with protocols, SOPs, ICH/GCP, regulatory requirements, and internal
• Drive risk-based quality management, identify issues, and implement mitigation and corrective

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific/healthcare field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in clinical research/operations/global study management in
• Proven experience leading global studies from feasibility to completion.
• Strong project management with ability to manage timelines, budgets, resources, and
• Advanced knowledge of clinical operations, trial methodologies, regulatory requirements, and
• Experience in Oncology studies preferred.
