Senior Global Finance Manager

📋 Description

• Provide technical accounting, financial advice and support for strategic projects, including debt
• Provide technical accounting advice to group and business units within the audit process
• Ensure implementation of accounting excellence across the group covering new developments and
• Lead on accounting for due diligence on M&A activities
• Work closely with treasury, capital markets, legal and tax teams on project implementations
• Work closely with Group Reporting and auditors to ensure accurate disclosure in financial statements

🎯 Requirements

• Big 4 qualified (CA, ACCA or equivalent) with great post-qualified experience in practice or
• Excellent technical accounting experience in audit and/or advisory
• Experience in controls implementations and business process improvements
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects
• Ability to form trusted relationships with business unit management teams and challenge with empathy
• Excellent communication and listening skills
