Senior Global Mobility and Immigration Specialist

📋 Description

• Own the vendor relationship with external immigration partner
• Partner closely with Employment Legal team
• Shift Tier 1 support to vendor and contingent worker
• Focus on complex immigration cases and high-stakes moments
• Ensure smoother, more self-service immigration experience for employees
• Run program on documented process instead of institutional memory

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of US business immigration experience, with recent in-house corporate experience (or law
• End-to-end knowledge of employment-based immigration: nonimmigrant (H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, E-3) and
• Hands-on compliance ownership: I-9 and reverification, Public Access Files, DOL requirements, audit
• Experience managing outside counsel and immigration or relocation vendors, including SLAs and
• Experience supporting budget tracking and spend forecasting in partnership with Finance or a budget
• Proven ownership of workflows, SOPs, and reporting on case metrics
