📋 Description

• Help define the global mobility strategy, service model, policies, escalation paths, and decision
• Establish a consistent framework for assessing business need, legal feasibility, employee
• Build operating rhythms for case reviews, vendor governance, stakeholder updates, audits, and
• Advise People leadership on program priorities, capacity, risk tolerance, and investments required
• Oversee immigration case intake, triage, approvals, filings, document collection, status tracking
• Partner with external immigration counsel and regional providers; for US matters, coordinate with

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in global mobility, immigration, international HR, employment operations, or
• Demonstrated experience managing US immigration programs and coordinating with external immigration
• Experience supporting cross-border employee moves, relocations, work authorization, business
• Experience designing or improving operational processes, controls, documentation, and service-level
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, escalations, and sensitive employee data.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or directly managing at least one team member.
