📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of immigration and mobility matters across sponsorship, relocation
• Lead company-side strategy and delivery for complex U.S. immigration matters in partnership with
• Advise candidates, employees, managers, Recruiting, People Business Partners, and business leaders
• Manage relationships with immigration counsel, tax advisors, relocation providers, and other
• Build and improve workflows, playbooks, communications, reporting, and self-service resources for
• Maintain accurate work authorization and mobility data, support immigration, right-to-work, and

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of progressive global mobility experience, including in-house corporate mobility role.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. employment-based immigration and ability to assess options and pressure-test
• Experience as trusted mobility advisor to employees, managers, and cross-functional partners.
• Experience across relocation, cross-border transfers, remote work, and business travel.
• Working knowledge of tax, compensation, payroll, benefits, equity, and employment considerations
• Experience managing outside counsel and mobility vendors, improving operations via documentation
