📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruitment for senior-level roles across Operations, Finance & Accounting
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define role requirements and assessment
• Develop recruiting strategies across EMEA, LATAM, and North America with local market adaptations.
• Build proactive talent pipelines via market mapping, direct outreach, referrals, and other sourcing
• Own candidate experience and maintain clear communication throughout hiring.
• Manage recruiting operations and data hygiene using Ashby or a similar ATS, including reporting and

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience recruiting senior-level talent in-house, preferably in a high-growth tech or
• Experience in VC-backed, globally distributed tech companies or comparable scale-up settings.
• Strong recruiting expertise across Operations, Finance, and Legal & Compliance; senior Product
• Multi-region recruiting experience across EMEA and the Americas with market-specific compensation
• Ability to independently manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle with limited sourcing support.
• Strong ATS experience (Ashby or equivalent), pipeline management, and data quality focus.
