📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruitment for senior-level positions across Operations, Finance & Accounting
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define role requirements, calibrate
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies across EMEA, LATAM, and North America, adapting to local
• Build proactive talent pipelines via market mapping, direct outreach, communities, referrals
• Own end-to-end candidate experience with clear communication and high professionalism across the
• Manage recruiting operations independently via Ashby or equivalent ATS, including scheduling

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience recruiting experienced and senior-level talent in-house, ideally in a
• Proven experience in VC-backed, globally distributed technology companies or similar scale-up
• Strong recruiting expertise across Operations, Finance, and Legal & Compliance; experience
• Demonstrated multi-region recruiting across EMEA and the Americas with understanding of
• Ability to independently manage the complete recruitment lifecycle without dedicated sourcing or
• Strong ATS expertise with hands-on pipeline management, reporting, data quality, and process
