Senior Global Strategic Accounts Counsel

📋 Description

• Lead global negotiations and deal management for large software transactions.
• Partner with sales leadership to align requirements and manage the deal pipeline.
• Provide strategic legal counsel aligned with Delinea's business strategy and risk controls.
• Support commercial transactions and M&A integration activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial and operational considerations.
• Work with cybersecurity, regulatory, privacy, and compliance teams on transactions.

🎯 Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school; admitted to at least one U.S. state bar.
• 15+ years in tech transactional law; 10+ years closing SaaS/software deals; in-house preferred.
• Extensive experience leading SaaS/software transaction negotiations to completion.
• Expertise in software licensing, SaaS, terms of use, and enterprise terms.
• Knowledge of global B2B software licensing, cross-border, IP, data privacy and security.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
