Senior Global Supply Chain Manager

📋 Description

• Lead procurement of indirect goods and services across Form factories and facilities.
• Develop global category strategies for Construction, Tool Installation, and Facilities Services.
• Collaborate with facilities, construction, and tool teams to manage supplier performance.
• Communicate procurement plans and performance to the executive team.
• This is a hybrid role with onsite work at Weirton, WV (3 days/week).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• 6+ years in global procurement; at least 2 years in Indirect Procurement.
• Proven contract negotiation with tier-1 GC, MEP, and facilities providers.
• Strong analytical skills; TCO, should-cost modeling, Excel data analysis.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and make quick decisions with 80% information.
