Senior Global Supply Manager, Battery Materials

📋 Description

• Own the battery raw materials category at Form (e.g., specialty carbons & catalysts, commodity
• Monitor current category market conditions, evaluating capacities and competitive landscapes
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Supplier
• Negotiate and deliver favorable commercial terms that optimize costs, lead times, and risk
• Ensure Form is working with best-in-class suppliers and mitigating risks by managing the end-to-end
• Secure best-in-class pricing through detailed price analysis and negotiations, continual cost

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or similar discipline
• 5+ years of relevant category experience in battery raw materials, carbons, or resins, including
• 5+ years of sourcing experience including supplier management, running RFX’s, and driving
• Strong analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to generate bottom-up “should-cost” models
• Solid understanding of commercial terms, contract structures, and IP concepts
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to ruthlessly prioritize across multiple
