📋 Description

• Develop global sourcing strategies for camera components.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing: NDAs, RFIs/RFQs, contracts.
• Align GSM strategy with production and business goals.
• Negotiate with suppliers of thermal imaging systems.
• Maintain supplier relationships via audits and visits.
• Identify new sources to improve supply continuity.

🎯 Requirements

• MBA + BA/BS in technical field.
• 5+ years in strategic sourcing of complex commodities.
• 5+ years in camera/thermal sensing tech supply chains.
• Strong knowledge of thermal imaging, optics, sensors.
• Experience leading supplier selection and negotiations.
• GSM, Production, and NPI processes experience.
