📋 Description

• Develop sourcing strategies for antenna, connectors, cables, harnesses.
• Liaise with engineering for supplier selection during NPI and sustaining.
• Identify high-potential suppliers globally.
• Plan strategic sourcing for silicon components: market research and evaluation.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to guide sourcing decisions.
• Manage supplier terms and documentation (MDSAs, SOWs, RFIs, RFPs, RFQs).

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, and purchasing processes.
• Expertise in directing negotiations, RFPs, and cost/price analysis.
• Experience using cost models to define should-cost and negotiate price.
• Ability to communicate strategic goals across management levels and regions.
• Experience with large electromechanical suppliers and executive-level influence.
• Detail-oriented, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
