Senior Global Supply Manager

📋 Description

• Own the global supply chain for propulsion, powertrain, and electronics.
• Develop commodity strategies for cost, quality, and delivery.
• Qualify, onboard, and manage a resilient supplier base.
• Lead strategic sourcing, LTAs, and high-stakes negotiations.
• Drive NPI ramp, secure capacity, and manage lead times.
• Cross-functional liaison with Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, and Legal.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in strategic sourcing or global supply management.
• Proven track record closing high-value supply agreements.
• Direct spend management of tens of millions across multiple commodities.
• Strong cost modeling and TCO analysis skills.
• ERP/MRP experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or related field.
