Senior Global Technical Lead

📋 Description

• Oversee technical performance, QA, and strategic execution across a global health portfolio.
• Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for multiple program areas.
• Manage embedded technical advisors to align with partner priorities and outcomes.
• Review deliverables, progress reports, and activities for quality and impact.
• Develop executive briefings, analyses, and decision-support for senior stakeholders.
• Lead technical coordination meetings and communities of practice to foster learning.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree in medicine or public health (MD/DrPH/PhD, etc.)
• Minimum 15 years international experience leading global health programs
• At least 10 years supervising multidisciplinary teams
• Expertise in TB, HIV/AIDS, malaria, health security, or maternal health
• Experience with US government agencies or global health funders
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French/Portuguese/Arabic a plus
