Senior GNC Engineer

📋 Description

• Architect SDA and RPOD solutions with autonomy (hardware and software).
• Evaluate ML, physics-informed, stochastic methods, Kalman Filters for missions.
• Lead GNC architecture for RPOD missions from concept to flight.
• Design algorithms for orbit determination, state estimation, and uncertainty propagation for SDA.
• Build/test modeling/simulation tools for orbital/cislunar dynamics and sensor models.
• Collaborate with software and GNC teams; support HIL testing; develop CONOPS.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical engineering discipline
• 3+ years of experience in guidance, navigation, and control
• Software development experience in Python
• Experience developing, debugging, and deploying GNC sensors, effectors, and algorithms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, autonomously driven, and demanding start-up atmosphere
• Proven ability to lead a project from conception to completion
